An immersive discovery session inspired this farm-to-fork catering firm to embrace a new culture of food preparation and hospitality. The concept of transparency brought kitchen operations onto center stage and integrated a more fluid process between food preparation, hospitality and office space. The transformation of the firm’s business model began immediately, and ROSSETTI’s Return on Design approach resulted in a 24 month pay-back on his total investment. The owner credits the design and strategic vision for a quadrupling of sales over four years. The elevation in Continental’s brand led to expansion of their business plan into larger contracts and new business ventures.
