ROSSETTI’s Return on Design analysis identified a diversity of seating products to create new premium fan experiences focused on business networking. The 20,000 SF Club Bell offers three upgraded seating formulas, including Theatre, Loge, and Lux. The new seating areas fill a niche for small and medium-sized businesses that want to entertain smaller groups.
The design merges the Ottawa Senators and Bell Canada brands to create the design aesthetic. Bold team colors are combined with a clean-lined aesthetic to create a warm and modern space. The Club is on-trend with current F+B offerings including an open kitchen and attention to detail echoing that of restaurant hospitality. The Club was an instant hit upon opening and a sell out each year.
