Adaptive reuse transforms building into residential lofts. ROSSETTI provided design concepts for the adaptive reuse of the former Standard Paper Building in North Corktown, Detroit - located in close proximity to the iconic Michigan Central Station. The design transforms an abandoned building into a two-story apartment building containing 20 loft-style apartments ranging between 668 and 815 SF with private patios on the ground-level units. The program also includes an outdoor community space, private parking lot, and a 2,230 SF deck for resident gatherings and events.
