HISTORIC BUILDINg WITH MODERN AMENITIES AWARDED TAX CREDITS
ROSSETTI turned this dilapidated 1920’s-era print shop into open, loft-style living spaces. The interior was demolished exposing the beautiful cast-in-place concrete frame. Units were space planned to take advantage of the unique structure and large expanses of glass. The exterior, with its terra cotta finishes and massive industrial windows has been carefully restored to comply with the US Department of Interior standards for historical structures. ROSSETTI’s solution integrated a modern residential program into a historic building, while maintaining its character, and making it eligible for historic tax credits.
