Dignity Health Sports Park

AEG was heavily invested in MLS and wanted this stadium to be a cathedral to soccer that would anchor a new sports campus development. The partnership with UCLA created a unique public private partnership.

The site was designed to feature a breadth of sports to create a comprehensive Olympic training center. The first multi-functional MLS stadiums in U.S, it has hosted hundreds of events, including national championships to blockbuster concerts. Home to the LA Galaxy MLS team, it has also hosted national and international tournaments and is the U.S. Soccer Federation’s national team training headquarters. The University has expanded its athletic programs, taking advantage of a site that can accommodate simultaneous training for professional, student and recreation athletes. The flexible, bermed-lawn seating allows for quick expansion or contraction of the seating. The design also features innovative ideas for shared back of house operations and flexibility that allow for fast stadium change over between events.

Dignity Health Sports Park attracts over one million people annually, creating an entertainment powerhouse on campus. The sport campus will be a prominent venue for the 2028 Summer Olympic games.
