NEW PREMIUM PRODUCTS PROVIDE DIVERSIFIED options for guests
Home of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the 25-year-old Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse recently completed the renovation to upgrade the premium fan experience. Working closely with the Cleveland Cavs ticketing, sales and ownership teams, ROSSETTI helped develop a new design and hospitality strategy for the guest experience. The plan differentiates premium products to better match the shifting demand in the market place for new fan experiences at appropriately segmented price points. ROSSETTI is currently in phase 2 of construction of the $140 million renovation.
The design theme celebrates the industrial aesthetic of Cleveland while integrating a modern design vocabulary. Authentic natural materials of stone, wood and metal are combined with new technology offerings. In total, five new clubs were added and 60 suites were renovated on the second and fourth levels. ROSSETTI worked in partnership with SHoP Architects.
