street food kitchen + brew bar at Cleveland's Public Square
Rebol is part of a newly developed public square in Cleveland, Ohio. What once was a congested intersection is transforming into a 10-acre, pedestrian friendly, park. On the south lawn of the square, ROSSETTI worked with a site under construction and a short timeline to transform the space into a modern bar, coffee shop, and restaurant offering a healthy USDA organic and GMO-free menu. Communal seating, a dramatic overhead trellis that runs throughout the space, and murals by a local Cleveland graffiti artist, Glen Infante create an environment which is dramatic and rebellious. Rebol, which began design in April 2016, was finished four months later in record time in anticipation of the Republican National Convention in July.
