Quicken Loans Qube + Qzine

MOTIVATIONAL WORKSPACE FOR MILLENNIALS

The historic Chase Bank building was purchased by Quicken Loans to be the training and call center for 1,500 employees. Located in the heart of Detroit’s urban core, Quicken desired a flexible 24/7 environment. ROSSETTI created a highly motivational workplace environment that reflects the vibrant, Live/Work/Play Quicken Loans culture. Intense graphics and neon colors, personified by the video gaming culture, inspire the building’s design theme. The company’s cafeteria, called QZine, is designed to feel domestic. Seating vignettes reflect favorite living spaces so people can choose where to sit based on their mood, activity or the time of day. Flexibility allows for a variety of uses including meetings and events. It's even been used for Bar Mitzvah parties. ROSSETTI also designed the activated plaza and porch, integrating the building into Campus Martius. It exceeded all expectations of the Quicken Loans brand and has been named the “Best Workplace” by Crain’s Detroit Magazine for three years.
