NEW PREMIUM PRODUCTS PROVIDE DIVERSIFIED GUEST OPTIONS
Like most aging arenas, the premium spaces within Quicken Loans Arena were dated, under-utilized and did not match the changing market demographics in Cleveland. Working closely with the Cleveland Cavaliers ticketing, sales and ownership teams, ROSSETTI guided the development of a new strategy for the guest experience.
An overall design theme was established that celebrates the industrial aesthetic of the city integrated with a Scandinavian design vocabulary. The result is an elegant transformation that uses refined materiality and contrast of light and texture throughout while highlighting dramatic focal points and features. Authentic natural materials of stone, wood and metal are combined with new technology offerings.
