NEW PREMIUM PRODUCTS PROVIDE DIVERSIFIED options for guests
Home of the Cleveland Cavaliers, the 25-year-old Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is currently undergoing a $185 million renovation to upgrade the fan experience and strengthen its connection to the city. Like most aging arenas, the premium spaces within the arena were dated, under-utilized and did not match the changing market demographics in Cleveland.
Working closely with the Cleveland Cavs ticketing, sales and ownership teams, ROSSETTI helped develop a new design and hospitality strategy for the guest experience. The plan differentiates premium products to better match the shifting demand in the market place for new fan experiences at appropriately segmented price points.
The design theme celebrates the industrial aesthetic of the city while integrating a modern design vocabulary. Authentic natural materials of stone, wood and metal are combined with new technology offerings. In total, five new clubs will be added and 60 suites will be renovated on the second and fourth levels. The renovation will be completed in time for the Cav’s 2019-2020 season.
