A showcase of Domino's Pizza culture
Through a massive renovation of Domino’s Pizza World Resource Center, ROSSETTI moved the kitchen to the heart of their building and redefined what pizza meant to them. Corporate branding is integrated into the renovation and expressed through corporate colors and graphics. Space was also created for gatherings and spontaneous break out meetings. Multiple departments now share space that is open, interactive and brings employees together into the cooking operation.
The results reinvigorated the world headquarters with a new culture of team work that has become a central part of the company’s lifestyle. It also refocused employee attention on their source of revenue to generate a renewed sense of identity.
