The Entertainment and Sports Arena is an innovative civic concept combining an NBA training facility with a 4,200-seat public arena. Its location on St. Elizabeth’s East historic campus is designed to act as a catalyst and anchor for future mixed-use development in this disinvested area of Washington DC.

The arena portion of the building serves as an entertainment venue to be used for a variety of sporting events, as well as eSports competitions, concerts, arts and cultural events, and community-based events. The building also serves as a practice facility for the NBA Washington Wizards and its G-League affiliate, Capital City Go-Go, and it is the home court and practice facility for the WNBA Washington Mystics.
