Every stadium wants to host a major
sporting event, like the NFL Super
Bowl or NCAA Men’s Final Four. Ford
Field has hosted both. This 65,000-seat
stadium is designed to entertain a full
house with state-of-the-art facilities
in a historic backdrop. To capture the
“downtown experience,” a soaring, glass-
fronted entrance + ribbons of windows
at the roof line create an expansive
view of Detroit. The innovative + cost-
saving design uses two warehouse
spaces to house 120 suites, street-level
shopping + offices.
