ROSSETTI has been featured in this month's Shopping Center Business for our work in creating a year-round destination district in Green Bay, WI. The piece stresses the importance of anchoring developments with vibrant districts that become catalysts for regional growth. A mixed-use district attracts people all-year, not just on game days. "There is a symbiotic relationship between being smart about development and trying to think about ways to use something like a stadium to improve the economy," said Jon Disbrow, Director of Architecture and Principal at ROSSETTI.

The Green Bay Packers' Titletown Park got a nice boost Thursday as its ice skating rink opened and a new daily light show was launched as another step in the Titletown District near Lambeau Field. The park, which includes a full-size football field and sledding hill, opened in mid-September and is a big draw for fans heading to games at Lambeau Field. The district also includes a Lodge Kohler hotel, Hinterland Brewery and a Bellin Health sports medicine clinic.

A new multiuse sports facility that will house the Philadelphia 76ers' G-League affiliate is coming to Wilmington, Delaware. Delaware Gov. John Carney, Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki and representatives from the Philadelphia 76ers and Buccini/Pollin Group announced the plans for 76ers Fieldhouse, to be built by BPG, at a press conference Wednesday.
